We currently have the above position available at our flexible packaging printing facility and wish to invite all suitably qualified applicants to submit their details for our consideration.

The incumbent, reporting to the National Sales Manager, is responsible for managing the Customer Services and internal sales department (including all key accounts) ensuring superior client service, engagement and support.

Key responsibilities:

- Onboarding of new customers
- Overseeing and supporting key accounts
- Managing, training and developing the customer services team
- Handling incoming orders from new or key customers and loading into the Prism system
- Ensuring effective relationships and communication between Customer Services, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance teams
- Ensuring continual communication to customers regarding orders, production and delivery of product, including stock reports
- Managing client delivery expectations between client and the business
- Actively managing customer & account manager expectations for delivery lead-times
- Devising and implementing appropriate business analytics and reporting
- Filing of orders and related paperwork once loaded into the system
- Monitoring FGS and overs stock levels including monthly reporting
- Daily sales snapshot across all business units to management team
- Weekly sales tracking reports to sales reps

To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

- Matric/Grade 12
- Sales/Customer Service/Business Management qualification is advantageous
- 5 years sales administration / Customer Services experience
- 2-3 years managerial / supervisory experience
- Printing and packaging industry - an understanding of the operating of the business
- Experience on a variety of ERP systems
- Demand planning experience
- Good knowledge of systems and procedures - experience in ISO or BRC is advantageous
- Ability to approach challenges systemically
- Advanced excel skills and numerically strong
- Excellent in relationship building capability
- Good problem-solving skills
- Professional level of communication, both written and spoken, with clients and colleagues
- Effective team player with a high level of business acumen
- Excellent organizational and administration skills
- Attention to detail
- Own, reliable transport & Code B driver’s license is advantageous
