SPÉCIALISTE PRODUIT DU SERVICE TECHNIQUE À LA CLIENTÈLE|CC02 - 230001E3

**Description**

Prend des décisions au niveau de la sélection, conception et intégration des produits qui impactent la performance, l’optimisation et la qualité de la machine OEM

Applique et améliore des processus tels que l’assurance qualité de l’installation (AQI), l’intégration des OEM, la sélection de produits et des outils tels que Advisor, Cummins OnLine Specifications (COLS) et Global Customer Engineering (GCE) requis pour soutenir les processus et permettre une prise de décision de qualité.

Établit de solides relations de travail et est le principal point de contact avec ses homologues techniques côté client pour fournir les informations techniques spécialisées, gérer les spécifications du produit, communiquer sur les changements, résoudre les problèmes d’installation complexes et aider à répondre aux demandes du client.

Dirige la formulation des besoins et de la « voix du client » en exigences fonctionnelles du produit pour fournir un avis sur les décisions liées aux programmes.

Fait entendre la voix du client ou du marché chez Cummins en participant aux programmes de développement des nouveaux produits, aux examens de conception et aux processus de demandes de changement des produits.

S’assure que les produits soient appliqués et installés correctement pour répondre aux exigences du client en matière de systèmes et d’environnements

Veille à la qualité de l’installation en validant les performances des prototypes et en s’assurant que l’installation répondent aux exigences de Cummins.

Utilise la simulation numérique (Analysis Led Design, ALD) et les outils Six Sigma pour optimiser les performances des produits et des systèmes.

Propose des initiatives et des projets innovants axés sur le client

Contribue à la transmission des connaissances en encadrant et en accompagnant les ingénieurs moins expérimentés.

Assure le leadership indépendant sur les projets à moindre impact commercial ou s’approprie les composants, produits, systèmes, ou services complexes, avec un degré d’ambiguïté plus élevé que ceux qui sont traités par les ingénieurs principaux et avec une responsabilité totale envers l’équipe projet.

Assure l’exécution indépendante des processus et des systèmes de travail établis et émergents, tout en continuant à développer la technologie ou la connaissance des produits.

Dirige le développement et l’amélioration des processus et des systèmes de travail dans la discipline fonctionnelle du site d’une unité commerciale.

Coordonne et dirige le travail des techniciens ou des étudiants dans le cadre de formations en alternance, aide pour le transfert de connaissance vers des ingénieurs moins expérimentés via le management direct ou indirect (sphère d’influence) de petits groupes locaux d’ingénieurs.

Conseille et soutient pour influencer l’orientation technique d’une équipe de projet et développe ses compétences dans les domaines essentiels à la réussite dans ce rôle.

Opère au sein de l’équipe en tant que spécialiste reconnu dans une disciple ou un domaine du produit.

**Compétences** Gestion technique des clients - Représente Cummins auprès des clients en servant d’interface pour tous les aspects techniques ; fournit des données d’ingénierie, de la documentation et des formations aux clients pour assister lors de la conception et de l’intégration de l’équipement ; veille à ce que le changement des produits Cummins n’interrompent pas les activités du client en utilisant nos processus de changement et en communiquant régulièrement avec les équipes de développement du produit et avec le client.

Support Application Produit - Assure la disponibilité des nouvelles informations sur les produits en développant et en gérant dans les délais un contenu technique précis et complet utilisé par nos clients et en interne ; propose des outils pour soutenir la croissance des ventes sur tous nos marchés ; définit les exigences d’installation du produit et développe des outils innovants, bien conçus et faciles à intégrer en se basant sur ses connaissances approfondies de l’industrie et des différents systèmes.

Intégration et optimisation des machines - Assemble des pièces diverses ou des sous-systèmes pour former un ensemble permettant d’obtenir le résultat souhaité par le client ; applique les exigences d’installation de Cummins en utilisant nos outils et processus standards et nos bonnes pratiques pour optimiser les performances, la fiabilité, le coût et la qualité ; analyse les problèmes techniques en utilisant des méthodes de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage confirmées pour garantir leur résolution rapide.
