**Duties and Responsibilities (Not Limited to)**:
To ensure the effective management of the entire operations and provide leadership in all areas in line with the business strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Sales/ Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years experience at Operations Management level within a manufacturing company.
- Proven management track record.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
- Diploma or Degree in Production Management or Operations Management

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and organising production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
- Supervising and managing the work of staff
- Organising relevant training sessions.
- Ensure accurate and complete accounting, reporting, record management and internal control systems in place by meeting the Financial Targets as set and agreed with Management.
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of an optimized operations management process and system taking cognizance of the expedient flow of materials and products.
- Maintain a balanced service to cost and profitability ratio through the evaluation, analysis and management of performance, variations, escalations, special request, projects and network optimisation.
- Quality assure service delivery including identifying and creating solutions to resolve service delivery failures and exceptions.
- Enhance the utilization of existing/ new technology and ensure compatibility with operational requirements, facilitating integration through the development and implementation of support processes, platforms and mechanism including equipment control and maintenance.
- Ensure workplace health, safety and security requirements
- Produce accurate monthly operational reports.
- Undertake department and staff performance reviews in accordance
- Optimise revenue Vs Costs
- Ability to build value based relationships with relevant customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Understanding corrugated manufacturing processes is advantageous.
