Required Learning

Matric
Minimum of 5 8 years payroll experience
System Experience (Sage300 advantageous)
Strong Excel Skills

Key Job Outputs

Salaries reconciliation
Provisions for leave are calculated
Tax run and related documents administered, and understanding of tax legislation/directives
Long service rewards and payments administered
Internal and external customer queries handled e.g., Medical Aid queries
Processing of new engagements and terminations
Processing of salaries increases and other related earning such as overtime, sales incentives etc.
Processing of car allowances
Processing of deductions such as provident fund, fuel and maintenance costs,
