Area Manager

- Establishing of new Branches where needed
- Recruiting, training, developing and controlling of team members in a supportive environment
- Encouraging the team to improve drive and performance to maximize sales and profitability
- Coaching co-employees and assisting them with self development
- Live and set the example of the company’s values and expectations
- Ensure all policies and procedures are correctly implemented and applied

**Requirements, Experience & Qualifications**
- Atleast 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Must have completed the necessary Area Manager training.
- Fluent in English (Both written and verbal).
- Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive.
- Must be computer literate & good administrative skills.
- Excellent people skills, humble, respectable with a great attitude.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, work well under pressure, solve problems and adapt to change easily.
- Is motivated, self driven, trustworthy, reliable, hardworking and a good team player.
- Must be a pro-active thinker, take initiative & be accountable.
- Must be passionate about his/her work and the development of others
- Willing to work extended working hours and weekends.
