Ir Support Officer

We are currently recruiting for an IR Officer to support the IR manager in the following areas:
Internal Investigations

Initiating in Disciplinary enquiries

Representing the company in the CCMA/Bargaining Council conciliations

Grievance handling and resolutions

Must be willing to relocate is pre-requisite

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Relations practices;
- Computer Literate in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to conduct investigations and produce reports accordingly;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good negotiating skills;
- Excellent conflict management skills;
- Good time management, planning and organizing skills;
- Good presentation skills.

**MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Public Sector Management or equivalent qualification (Advantageous)
- Five (5) years’ experience in an IR capacity;
- Specialized training in industrial relations would be an asset.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bela Bela, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Related: 5 years (required)
