**Summary of responsibilities**:

- Portfolio Management of Pest Control and Hygiene.
- Field all incoming calls.
- Ensure internal quotations are compiled.
- Responsible for maintaining the filing system.
- Schedule all training as and when required.
- Generate the training certificates.
- Compile the IPM files.
- Minute and distribute meeting minutes.
- Responsible for placing orders with suppliers.
- Maintain supplier pricing information.
- Responsible for booking travel and accommodation.
- Fulfill the role of Service Coordinator should the need arise.

**Job Requirements**:

- Grade 12.
- Pest Control training will be advantageous.
- Previous compliance experience in compiling IPM files according to Food Auditing standards will be advantageous.
- Experience in the cleaning of food processing facilities advantageous.
- High-Quality administrative skills required.
- Meet key delivery dates.

**Attributes**:

- Liaison between service teams and clients.
- Exceptional communicator both verbally and written.
- Good understanding and knowledge of all aspects of Pest Control and Hygiene services.
- Ability to plan and organize work.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and be pro-active in identifying potential problems at this level.
- Customer-focused.
- Telephone Etiquette.
