- Responsible for the completion of Annual Financial Statements for four securitisation entities and four other
- legal entities with an asset base of R8bn.
- Responsible for all VAT, tax and regulatory returns for all of the eight active legal entities.
- Responsible for preparation and capturing of forecasts and budget as well as the reporting thereof for the
- eight active legal entities
- Responsible for the accounting of an asset base transaction that requires the preparation of monthly
- management accounts, liaising with the regulatory team and the counterparty finance team monthly to ensure
- accurate accounting for the transactions.
- Responsible for consolidation entries for all transactions that impact Company Limited and Company Group
- results.
- Responsible for preparing and co-ordinating technical tax, VAT and accounting opinions for new and existing
- transactions and new transaction structures relating to the home loan product.
- Responsible for the monthly flash reporting and commentary of actuals vs budget
- Management accounts for the home loan product across the Company Group, together with management
- pack review and reporting to various committees on product performance
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of disclosures through analysis and comparison between different
- reports (internal and external).
- Assist with the review of VAT and accounting for properties in possession
- Responsible for detailed costing per channel for the Home Loan product
- Responsible for preparing business cases impacting the Home Loan product
- Responsible for supporting internal and external audit
- Assisting with half year and year-end analyst booklet commentary for the home loan product
- Required to contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in
- Company Culture building initiatives (eg. staff surveys etc.).
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes; systems and policies and support
- implementation of new processes; policies and systems.**Inherent Requirements**
