Job & Company Descriptions:
My client within the property sector is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant that can add value to their finance team. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the full finance function.

As a Senior Financial Accountant you will be Responsible for the Following:
  • Generate monthly journals on the financial system
  • Implement improvements
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management and auditing purposes
  • Prepare month end reconciliations and documentation to support the trail balance
  • Assist with financial policies, guidelines and protocols
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management and auditing purposes
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual statutory returns
  • Ensure effective daily cash management
  • Record asset transactions and ensure that transactions are allocated accurately
  • Full understanding of accruals accounting
  • Compile complete, accurate and timely accounting records on a monthly basis

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Finance Degree
3 - 5 years experience
Advanced Excel experience
Property industry experience would be preferred.
