MSA Outsourcing Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a leading international outsourcing business, providing fully managed staffing solutions to our array of offshore clients, in various industries. This role is office based during USA EST hours (16:00 - 00:00 daylight savings dependent.

As the Senior Data Analyst you will be tasked with, and not limited to:

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Automate repetitive data analysis tasks using VBA macros and other Excel tools

**Requirements**:

- Perfect grasp on the English language (Both written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with VBA macros, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Houghton Estate, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Reporting and Analytics: 4 years (preferred)
- Systems Implementation: 5 years (preferred)
