SBV is looking for a Senior HR Consultant who will be accountable for the provision of accurate and timely human resource management advise,Human resource projects and consultancy services to managers and staff.

Work of scope:

- High End HR engagement and consultation on a broad range of HR Topics.
- Working with senior clients on elevating the People Experience
- End to end knowledge and implementation of recruitment and selection for specialized and senior management roles
- Performance Management
- Driving Talent Management practices
- Building on the SBV Transformation Journey
- Analysing trends and data to provide Reporting and insights of value to the clients
- Execution of Job Profiling and Analysis
- Lead and deliver HR projects
- Building effective strategies and implementation of those strategies in partnership with the clients and the broader HR
- Demonstrate HR thought leadership
- Support and execution on the HR Future forward programme
- Senior HR Generalist Duties
- Education: BCOM Degree or similar qualification
- Year’s Experience: 5 years in a medium/ large organization

3 years managing employees
- Special requirements : Experience with HRIS (SAGE 300 would be advantageous)

Exposure to Time and Attendance systems

Intermediate level in Excel
