**LOCATION**

Brand Managers are responsible for ensuring that the products, services and product lines that fall under their domain resonate with current and potential customers. To do so, these

**JOB PURPOSE ** professionals continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace. They also regularly meet with clients and senior management, and they oversee a team of junior marketers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement of brand strategies
- Facilitate production of key campaigns and material to support the sales team
- Stakeholder management (HCPs, agencies, internal stakeholders, etc)
- Plan, Monitor and Manage marketing budget
- Effectively manage and initiate the required advertising and promotional campaigns to support execution excellence and maximise ROI
- Integrate traditional and digital marketing strategies to reach target customers and achieve brand objectives.
- Conduct assessments of brand strategy and tactical implementation through in field visits to obtain required intelligence and insights
- Assess market potential of opportunities / pipeline with business development team to successfully implement new products once launch ready
- Launch preparation and strategy development

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Matric
- Relevant post matric marketing / science qualification
- 2 - 3 Years pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports
