**General Description**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assists in defining solution acceptance criteria and signing off of project closure documents from vendors.
- Conducts business analysis, determines, and implements a course of action, set priorities for contribution to budgeting processes.
- Works with contracted IT Architects (both data and systems architects) to determine and review IT architecture blueprints.
- Write programs using various programming and scripting languages.
- Executes Business Intelligence strategies to produce meaningful business reports using modern BI tools.
- Works with and understands complex data models and databases for the most effective and efficient organization of data based on processing requirements.
- Contributes to the review, development, and modification of best practices and technical
- Communicates operational issues, and system status to project leads and managers.
- Performs ERP administrator role in liaison with the ERP vendor.
- Maintains the entire company software library and licenses up to date. Initiating renewal process with both vendors and key users.
- Delivers on business reporting, management information and business intelligence requests, tasks.
- Work cooperatively with others to effectively determine information and understand business requirements of a complex nature.

**Minimum qualifications, skills, and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Certification in modern programming language and BI tools advantageous.
- ITIL V3 Foundation or Latest Certification will be Advantageous.
- Over 3 years of Applications Development and Administration within the IT Industry.
- Microsoft SharePoint administration and deployment experience
- Project Management experience
- Relational SQL Database administration Experience
- Business Intelligence and Reporting Skills e.g Power BI
- Experience in Business Analysis activities
- Experience with Software Coding Languages
