**Job Description**:

- As our GSS PS Global Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement of processes and systems in GSS PS and implement programs that will have continuing long-term benefits in terms of user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness.

**The primary accountabilities will incorporate**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement approach across GSS PS with a strong focus on Service performance
- Collaborate with the GSS PS CI team to implement the CI Strategy and support automation opportunities within service delivery
- Support continuous measurement of the performance of the processes, solutions and services against defined service levels to identify opportunities for refinement of the process to increase efficiency, effectiveness and customer centricity
- Partners with Group HR Centres of Excellence (COE) and GSS PS Service Line Leads to ensure that the needs of all stakeholders are identified, prioritised, and optimised in line with the Group People & Organisation strategy, achieving objectives through effective service delivery
- Ensure Knowledge Management practices are in place to improve decision making, increase efficiency to access knowledge, ensure a common understanding and systematically maintain knowledge and data for GSS PS
- Support the implementation of value adding customer solutions by working with key stakeholders, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing programme of change
- Assist with translation of requirements into process and technical designs that meet business expectations and are in harmony with the GSS PS service catalogues
- Support on-going and regular reviews to monitor delivery of services, projects and programs within the portfolio and drive delivery of benefits, and monitor changes in strategy, vision, or approaches
- Support with the quality testing of new or updated products or services throughout the delivery lifecycle providing an independent and objective assessment of the quality of the new or enhanced service in line with quality standards and project objectives
- Identify opportunities for service innovation that benefits the business in collaboration with end-users
- Assist with the formulation of the project plan, specifications and resource requirements of the optimisation projects
- Monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance
- Contribute to post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects
- Support teams to build and embed new capabilities
- Assist teams to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements
- Ensure lessons learned are disseminated, and knowledge gained back to wider teams
- Be catalyst of change to facilitate performance transformation projects
- Bring structure and methodology to CI activities to ensure success
- Perform process confirmations to ensure the change is embedded

**This position is at a Band 7 level, reporting to the GSS PS Global Continuous Improvement Coordinator.**
- Qualifications
- An undergraduate qualification (Bachelors / Honours degree or equivalent) (Data / HR or Reporting)
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt as a minimum, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Proficient in business English
- Valid Driver's license

**Experience required**:

- Minimum 3 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
- MS Projects, MS Visio, Smart Sheets and MS Office proficiency
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of change concepts. Coach and develop teams to initiate, implement and drive change across a Service Line
- Act as a change agent and champion - developing tools and methodologies as well as initiating and leading change
- Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
