**National Continuous Improvement Manager (Supply chain and Logistics)**

**Key Focus Areas**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute a national-level continuous improvement strategy aligned to business targets
- **Process Analysis**: Identify key processes within the business that can benefit from improvement and conduct thorough analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- **Metrics and KPIs**:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success and impact of continuous improvement initiatives. Regularly report progress to senior management.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Work closely with various departments and teams to gather input, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure a coordinated approach to implementing changes
- **Change Management**: Implement change management strategies to ensure that process improvements are adopted effectively. Address any resistance and provide necessary training and support.
- **Project Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor multiple improvement projects simultaneously. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Use data and analytics to drive decision-making. Collect and analyse relevant data to measure the impact of improvement initiatives and adjust as needed.
- **Best Practices**: Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to continuous improvement. Incorporate innovative ideas into the improvement efforts where possible
- Effectively communicate and create buy in to the benefits and progress of continuous improvement initiatives to all levels from front-line employees to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and obstacles that arise during the implementation of improvement projects.
- **Cost Efficiency**: Identify opportunities to reduce costs, reduced errors, and resource wastage through process optimization, while maintaining or improving quality.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns that can help optimize inventory management, supply chain and warehouse operations.
- Build financial models** **based on historical information and other available operating metrics.
- Analyze WMS data points to identify areas of improvement from labour management, productivity, efficiency, and operational flow.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Bachelor degree in industrial engineering,** mathematics, or related field
- 5-8 years' experience and/or working knowledge of** warehouse management systems and processes, productivity standards, and technology.**:

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- 5 years FMCG/ SC experience
