Are you a highly skilled Executive Personal Assistant with a deep understanding of accounting and finance? Are you seeking an exciting and challenging role that combines administrative expertise with financial acumen? If you answered yes to these questions, We have the perfect opportunity for you

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Excellent administrative experience, preferably supporting senior executives
- Proficiency in SAP
- Exceptional PC skills in Word and Excel for efficient document and data management
- An administrative, financial, or similar tertiary qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate driver booking system, ensuring availability and scheduling of drivers for chauffeur services, deliveries, document collections, and sample transportation
- Liaise with contract driver service provider/s
- Provide support to all departments for travel arrangements, including booking hotels, arranging visas, and handling immigration matters
- Offer telephonic support after hours for driver-related issues
- Ensure drivers are present daily and manage distribution of overtime to stay within the 40-hour limit. Administer overtime
- Communicate with contract drivers regarding employer matters, telephone deductions, and traffic fines
- Investigate and provide reports on driver complaints
- Assist with routine accounting and finance duties, such as filing, processing payment requests, corporate credit card reconciliation, and business trip settlements
- Process journal entries
- Coordinate transport and hotel bookings
- Arrange VIP services for customs clearance
- Serve as a point of contact for hotels and negotiate corporate rates
- Provide support to the Company House department, including administrative tasks related to issue resolution (e.g., electricity matters)
- Perform general administrative duties
- Guest coordination and meeting support
