Sales & Marketing Manager

The purpose of this position is to plan, organise, direct, control, analyse and coordinate **marketing strategy** and activities of the organisation to build, maintain and expand the brand of AG Programmes.

Analyse and coordinate the **sales strategy** and activities of the organisation to maintain and expand the customer base of AG within the framework established by the MD to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision, mission, objectives, and values.

Key Responsibility Areas: Marketing
- To monitor Technical, Training and Development market trends
- To study competitors' Technical, Training and Development products and services
- To explore ways of improving existing AG Programmes, and increasing profitability
- To identify target markets and developing strategies
- To oversee the management of the AG Programmes production of promotional material
- To oversee the management and bookings of all AG Programmes
- Establishing and managing marketing budgets and controlling expenditure to ensure the efficient use of resources to build the AG Programmes brand
- Further development of the AG online presence and development of e-commerce systems
- Managing the company CI and overall brand management
- Assist the Managing Director with the preparation of proposals and presentations
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and implementation plans as needed
- Representing the AG at sales and marketing conventions, trade exhibitions and other forums
- Assisting in researching and assembling information for the preparation of marketing reports
- Maintaining the AG website

Key Responsibility Areas: Sales
- Directs the sales activities of the AG to achieve short, medium, and long-term business objectives including increased revenue, profit, and market share.
- Development of business plans and sales strategy to ensure the attainment of AG sales targets and profitability
- Prepares annual budgets including sales targets and forecasts and takes accountability for variances in results.
- Maintains contact with key account customers to ensure sustainable growth.
- Assist in the development of sales campaigns and implementation plans as needed
- Support the Managing Director with visits, product presentations and shows as needed

**Job Related Experience**:

- 3 years plus Marketing and Sales Management experience
- Project Management
- Managing Social Media Platforms

**Business Related Experience**:

- High level customer orientation
- Knowledge of Multi-flor Products and policies is essential.
- Marketing experience
- Budgeting experience

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Matric
- B Degree / Diploma (Marketing Management)
- Project Management certificate (Advantageous)

**Salary**: R250,000.00 - R450,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
