**ERP Implementation**:

- Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) for clients.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and configure the ERP system to meet client needs.

**System Customization**:

- Customize and extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 F&O through system configurations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions when necessary.

**Business Process Optimization**:

- Evaluate and optimize clients' business processes to align with best practices and industry standards.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

**User Training and Support**:

- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users.

**Documentation**:

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Document client requirements, specifications, and change requests.

**T**esting**:

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and integrity of the ERP system.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with client stakeholders.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Manage and set expectations regarding project timelines and deliverables.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of [5] years of experience as an F&O Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

**Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, and other relevant areas.
- Familiarity with programming languages (X++), Power Platform, and integration tools.

**Communication**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

**Problem Solving**:

- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex business and technical problems.

**Certifications**:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certifications are a plus.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
