The applicant must provide a high level and comprehensive professional secretarial service to three Factory Management Team divisions.

**Requirements**:
Must have a Grade 12 qualification

Must read, write and speak English efficiently

Advanced computer literacy on Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint

Enjoy working with numbers and must be accurate (accounting background advantageous)

Experience in computer planned maintenance systems

Good telephonic manner

Detail orientated

Practical secretary and general administrative knowledge added advantage.

**Responsibilities**

Responsible for setting up/liaising around site customer visits and multi-level meetings or functions and travel arrangements

Processing formal documentation including updating ISO9001, ISO45001 and OHSAS related documents

Administration of systems: Raise Purchase Requisitions (Administration related duties)

Control report on maintenance and other engineering budgets

Providing meter readings to service providers

Capturing workshop hours for cost analysing

Compiling monthly salary overtime return

Assist with stock take when required

Advising buyer of low stock levels

Received and issuing of stock and maintaining ERP system

Get quotes from suppliers and follow-up on outstanding orders

Forward all receipts to buyer to input on computer systems timeously

Ensuring respective departments carry out relevant orders and monthly stock take
