**Personal Assistant to Restaurant Owner & Entrepreneur - Cape Town**

We are seeking an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic restaurant owner and entrepreneur in the bustling Waterfront district of Cape Town. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and personal support, enabling the owner to focus on business growth and daily operations within the hospitality industry.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage the owner’s daily schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track.
- Coordinate events and functions, from planning to execution, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.
- Maintain records, documents, and confidential files, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Support with personal tasks, including errands, reservations, and household management as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the owner and staff, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
