**Administrative Support, Cape Town (Northern Suburbs)**

Our client is a distributor of medical supplies in the healthcare space and is seeking an admin support personnel to attend to the administrative requirements in the company such as preparing quotations, arranging deliveries and collections, providing admin support to the sales team etc. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dedicated in their work, with a keen interest in medical sales and administration, and who would like to progress further within the company as it expands.

**Role and Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Customer and office liaison during the ordering, delivery and/or installation process
- Post social media adverts across the relevant platforms
- Assisting with daily quotes for medical aid clients and private clients, and general customer liaison
- Ad hoc sales related administration
- General administration
- Assist with the daily logístical arrangements for rental and sales transactions with the installation teams countrywide
- Some degree of cold calling is expected for specific projects
- Assist with medical aid scheme billing

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate
- Own transport
- Professional etiquette
- Good computer skills (Microsoft office suite)
- Afrikaans & English

**Hours**:
8h00 - 17h00 (Monday to Friday)
