- The Technology Services division supports the growth of the Product Houses through the provision and management of infrastructure and operating systems required to run the business operations. This service is provided to all local and international participating companies and includes the management of Cloud Services where required.**Key Purpose**
- Responsible for O365 Exchange administration, Exchange and Messaging solutions design and architecting for complex environments, planning, implementation, configuration, support, monitoring and administration management systems including documentation of standards, business requirements, operational guidelines, access controls and backup and recovery. Troubleshooting and resolves incidents and complex problems related to this environment. Working with Software Licensing, Active Directory, Azure AD, Security and Compliance teams to build workable solutions. Assist with researching new technologies and assist with setting strategic direction.**Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to**
- Assisting with Strategic Planning and assisting operational team responsible for Systems Administration, Application Configuration and Enhancing product features cand End User Product Support for Exchange Online, Exchange Server.
- Product knowledge & Integration on Office365 Products such as Planner, Teams, Power Automate and PowerApps
- Perform system administration functions including monitoring system and network performance, troubleshooting system problems, maintaining mailboxes and various tracking systems, and liaising with other institutional information system and information technology groups.
- Actively manage cloud mailboxes (AD, O365 & AzureAD) and make recommendations on how best to support our infrastructure and interact with Developers and Architects in cross-functional areas.
- Liaising with third party vendors & internal teams to support on premise systems as well as overall O365 cloud initiatives.
- Researches and evaluates new technologies related to the o365 environment.
- Designing and assisting business with solutions based on the O365 environment.
- Own assigned trouble case, managing and keeping up with all cases assigned, following up and resolving cases in accordance with SLAs.

- Microsoft 365 Certification
- 5+ years Office 365 Exchange Online support including Purview.
