**Advanced Excel knowledge.**

**Duties and responsibilities**:
**Committee Claims Administration**
**Reconciliation and capturing of claims.**
**Update tax schedules for reconciliation with IRP5 information.**
**Prepare and process electronic payments.**

**Creditors Administration**
**Controlling and matching supplier invoices with orders.**
**Preparation of payments.**
**Capturing of payments for electronic transfers.**
**Liaise with suppliers and maintain creditor data basis.**
**Creditors reconciliation and matching of payments and age analysis.**
**Payroll processing (co-opted members).**
**Submission of proof of payments to creditors and internal personnel.**

**Maintenance of service providers**
**Summary of service providers and agreements to be kept.**
**Ensure monthly invoices agrees to the service agreements and quotations before payment.**
**Prepare and have the necessary documents for the renewal of agreements and assist with testing the market for other quotes before renewal.**

**Other responsibilities**
**Control and supervision over petty cash expenses, updating, and balancing of petty cash register.**
**Maintaining stationery stock, ordering on time, and pricing of items.**
**Issue stationery to personnel.**
**Foreign exchange updates weekly.**
**Ad hoc duties as and when required.**
