In a nutshell, Crystal is Creative Agency and we are revolutionising the creative space. We need a tenacious and articulate Junior Account Executive to add to our growing team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Making warm calls to existing customers and building relationships
- Using data and internal reports to put forward proactive suggestions for account growth
- Working towards sales targets and set KPIs
- Generating new business through current channels and exploring new opportunities
- Reporting upon progress weekly/ monthly
- Working closely with other internal departments to ensure we are fulfilling customer requirements
- Playing a key role as part of a team
**What You’ll Need**
- Ability to build relationships as part of a dynamic team.
- Highly organised
- Determined, tenacious and resilient with a real desire to succeed.
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to engage with business professionals at all levels
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Team worker with a positive outlook.
- Experience within graphic designing tools
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
