Ensure that the performance of the engagement is based on the understanding of the scope as per the engagement letter.
- Ensure the execution of the client brief in line with the investigation methodology and procedures aligned to the terms of reference, policies and risks identified.
- Gather, analyse and evaluate evidence as per engagement scope.
- Maintain a chain of evidence.
- Conduct interviews with internal as well as external stakeholders where applicable.
- Execute on fieldwork by identifying anomalies aligned to the expected standards as per engagement scope.
- Review of existing and other service provider work outcome as it relates to the scope of the engagement, i.e. internal investigation reports.
- Prepare a detailed working papers and reference the findings accordingly.
- Draft the anomalies into findings and incorporate into a draft report format.
- Prepare the portfolio of evidence alongside fieldwork.
- Ensure completeness of fieldwork as per engagement scope.
- Perform self-monitoring of activities according to timelines - weekly deliverables and monthly reporting.
- Clear review notes and reply to the review queries in 2 days upon receiving the review notes/comments.
- To ensure completeness and accuracy, do not delete comments made on the document until the working paper and draft report has been compiled finalised.

Work escalation:

- Forensic staff to escalate all fieldwork or execution challenges timeously for resolutions, i.e. Request for information delays.
- Any issue involving the engagement must be escalated immediately to maintain professionalism.

Project Management considerations:

- Complete the set target of files per week, e.g. 10 files
- Communicate any challenges to meeting the set targets accordingly.
- Timesheets to be completed to indicate billable time versus deliverables
- task description to match deliverables
- Timesheets submitted for review by Friday and sent to the business on Monday morning.
- Travel and accommodation arrangements to be arranged 5 days prior the scheduled travel time.

**Remuneration : R450 per hour is the rate**

**Salary**: R450.00 per hour
