Purpose:
To delight and wow our customers by providing them with high-level professional consultation, building relationships that encourage their lifetime affair with Mobelli. These customers will be retail customers, designers, decorators, architects, developers, and hospitality.

The Role:
This is a sales administrative position based at our Ballito showroom in Durban.

Level of Experience Required:

- Completed matric
- Minimum 2 years sales/showroom/ administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist sales staff with all sales admin functions to insure sales flow smoothly. Eg. quotes, orders, deliveries, follow ups.
- Ensure showroom is well kept & organized with correct pricing.
- Ensure sales opportunities are uploaded and updated daily.
- Have effective management of in store stock taking
- Effectively manage incoming sales calls.

Key Competencies/ Results:

- Ensure all workflow processes are maintained
- Able to load, update and follow up leads to won or lost status in our CRM system
- Qualifies prospective leads on behalf of sales consultants
- Able to effectively manage the workflow processes in our CRM system
- Facilitation of all customer order deliveries effectively
- Need to be able to work in excel and word to update showroom prices
- Must have the ability to work at reception to assist with relieving the receptionist by greeting walk in customers and customers calling in.

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)
