**1.1 **Job Purpose**:
Is responsible for administration relating to receiving and dispatching stock and invoicing customers timeously. Updating and maintaining internal customer recons.

Have a proactive approach to being and working apart of a team. As well as building customer and supplier relations whilst assisting with queries.

**1.2 Describe the role and its core responsibilities**:
**Receiving**:

- Receiving stock into system and reconciling against sales orders/quotations - Allocating stock to bin locations - Assisting with stock labeling
**Dispatching**:

- Processing sales orders - Generating picking slips for all orders - Generating delivery notes and shipping documents for all orders - Processing invoices for all customers - Maintaining internal invoicing reconciliations
**General**:

- Handling customer and supplier queries - Assisting with filing and general warehouse administration

**1.3 Minimum experience/requirements & Skills**:

- 1-2 years financial administration experience
- Fundamental knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience on SAP Business One is beneficial
- Experience in working under pressure and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate, administratively strong, attention to detail, accountable
- Ability to work a part of a team

**1.4 Minimum qualifications**:

- Matric + Certificate/ National diploma in financial accounting or studying towards similar

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month
