- Contract Management (Internal & External).
- Conducting and management of Disciplinary actions.
- Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organisation.
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair treatment and resolution of conflicts.
- Administration and management of internal committees such as Health and Safety, Employment Equity
- Compile and analyse HR data to generate reports and provide insights to management

**Requirements**:

- Recent Graduate (0 - 2 years work experience)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Detail Orientated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelors (required)
