Lead Digital Marketing Specialist - EMEA

We are seeking a Lead Digital Marketing Specialist for EMEA to manage full funnel advertising programs with the goal of generating qualified pipeline and revenue. We seek someone who understands marketing to sales conversion objectives, has a solid foundation of the demand creation and execution process, is great at managing deadlines, a team player, understands and executes for regional nuance, and is extremely detail oriented. In this role you will work closely and collaboratively with a variety of internal and external teams as well as provide feedback on opportunities to develop and refine processes.

You'll need:

- Deep understanding of digital media advertising strategy and execution (google, native, IP targeting, programmatic) and technical experience to accurately track business performance to ad placements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years’ proven multi-channel B2B digital marketing experience.
- Proven track record of successful digital lead generation and through-funnel campaign management; conversion tracking and accountability for generating pipeline.
- Knowledge of digital trends and platforms across SEO, SEM, Social, analytics and more.
- Experience and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Work with others in a collaborative remote/hybrid environment that balances team-wide communication.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills; and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a user-centric mindset.
