- Monthly Cost To Company (Market related, Negotiable)- A well-known personal care raw material company requires the above to manage and drive sales and technology development from international principals supplying them with a range of personal care raw material ingredients for various assigned product portfolios within the personal care manufacturing industry.

**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- A tertiary qualification in a science discipline is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience having worked as a Product Manager managing international principals within the personal care, pharma, homecare or related markets is essential for the role.
- The company is also happy to consider a technical person who has worked within the personal care industry and who would like to move into a product management role for the position.
- Developing and managing international principals within the personal care and related raw material industry supplying personal care manufacturers with a range of speciality and commodity raw material ingredients.
- Visiting and assisting the sales team when meeting with clients on specific personal care raw material ingredients that the manufacturer wants to procure.
- Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with principals.
- Conducting customer visits with international suppliers.
- Regularly reviewing market trends and surveys and aligning principal products with key account strategies accordingly.
- Providing technical support on speciality raw material ingredients to customers alongside the sales team in order to grow customer confidence and customer relationships.
- Identifying and developing new products and agencies.
- Liaising and negotiating pricing, stock availability and sales with international suppliers
- Driving a strategic plan ensuring that the key accounts sales team are able to supply the customers with the right products and that their expectations of products are met.
- Managing products traded on the international markets from various suppliers within the pharma and related markets.
- Attending principal technical training overseas when required to do so.
