**Your responsibilities**
- Quality Leadership: Acting as a role model for the behavior required to promote the dissemination of a quality culture, influencing operational unit employees to ensure the correct thinking and decision making required to support the implementation and execution of quality strategies and independently to operational unit as an internal advocate for customers in quality related issues and decisions.
- Voice of Customers: Ensuring the compliance of VOC process cycle as capturing customer feedback, analyzing data, and providing feedback, driving the correct escalation and resolution of customers and complaints, and promoting the improvement of the internal processes chain to meet customers’ requirements.
- Quality Management System: Supporting the Hub Manager to establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improve the OU Business Process Management System, identifying areas for improvements in the interactions of the OU with Sales and Global Product Group and ensuring the sustainability of processes governance in cooperation with process owners and propose appropriate process metrics and management and coordination of OU internal and external audit programs and associated actions.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensuring quality and completeness of handover process from sales & tendering prior to project execution start as well as the compliance of all project execution phases. Working in collaboration with project managers to ensure customer requirements are correctly and completely captured in the Project Quality Plan. Leading the RCA of CoPQ and ensuring in collaboration with different stakeholders that improvement actions are identified and implemented. Monitoring and utilizing analytics of OU quality data to implement risk management. Identifying and follow up the implementation of preventive or improvement actions as an outcome of failures and non-conformances within the OU. Driving towards a learning organization - enhancing lessons learned and best practices.
- Quality Control: Ensuring effective internal controls are in place to meet customer, product, project, and service requirements to maintain or improve quality delivery, attending to project (Portfolio), Reviewing to monitor project execution and capture quality issues (if needed). Investigate GM slippage to capture COPQ data. Ensuring COPQ data is collected in project execution. Attending monthly OU Financial review and collect quality relevant input. Leading OU improvement projects (to improve profitability, increase customer satisfaction etc.).
- Quality Governance: Supporting the HUB Quality & CI Manager to define and Manage quality improvement plans across the OU. Performing gap analysis against targets in Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Maintaining up to date measurements of KPIs and reporting quarterly on KPI status and actions at the Q&Ops reviews.
- Resources Training & Development: Assessing the competencies and knowledge of resources in the organization towards quality requirements, culture, and the correct execution of OU processes. Preparing and monitoring training and development plans regarding to Quality & CI tools and processes. Developing and maintaining new employee onboarding training material.
- Continuous Improvement: Supporting Hub Quality and CI Manager on definition, implementation and achievement of Hub Roadmap and annual CI Plan, coordinating with the OUs on the achievement of project savings targets, Reporting CI targets and propose actions to correct deviations, proposing improvements on the Hub CI framework and ensuring the L6S trainings are attended by OU ZA team.

**Your background**
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering field is required.
- Minimum 5+ year of experience is required.
- Experience in Quality, Continuous improvement, audits, six sigma and customer satisfaction is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
