A well established company based in Lazer Park is seeking a CI Engineer.

Duties:

· Design & implement electrical and electronic systems that meets applicable engineering standards and codes.

· Generate and modify electrical drawings & P&IDs.

· Analyse existing installations in our various products and provide technical recommendations to improve.

· Manage electrical, controls and instrumentation (EC&I) team to meet project deadlines.

· Manage the assembly and testing of electrical and electronic systems.

· Analyse, troubleshoot and perform diagnostic tests on electrical and electronic faults on installations and apply suitable problem-solving techniques to increase product reliability.

· Develop PLC software for product installations.

· Assist with the commissioning of electrical and electronic installations and systems.

· Generate procedures to test and evaluate various electrical and electronics systems.

· Travel to customer sites as required.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of control theory, PLC systems, industrial protocols, and communication networks:
o Codesys, TwinCAT, TwinCAT HMI, TX VisuPro
o Modbus, EtherCAT, Profibus, Profinet, IO-Link
• Willing to work on international projects and flexible to travel.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good leadership skills
• BSc/BEng/BTech Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Control & Instrumentation degree
• 3-5 years’ experience as a control & instrumentation engineer

Computer Literacy:

MS Office (Outlook,Excel)
