**VECTOR Life Science is Hiring a Software salesperson**

You will be the front-line team member who facilitates software sales, make appointments with new customers, answering questions for clients before and after purchase and providing a demonstration of the software to ensure it fits each client’s needs. You spend a majority of your time on the phone with customers to land sales.

While some experience in sales or eCTD is beneficial to have for this job, it’s not strictly required. Qualifications for this career include excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to potential customers.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the eCTD submission management software offered by the company.
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Assist with the company helpline.
- Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.
- Demonstrate product features before a sale.
- Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.
- Negotiate a commercial agreement.
- Help customers maximize the use of software features.
- Advise on appropriate user training.
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.
