- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of promotions and alignment with overall business objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of promotions and loyalty initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to loyalty and promotions within the iGaming landscape
- Maintain a deep understanding of player preferences and behavior, utilizing insights to personalize promotional offerings and drive engagement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all promotional activities, collaborating with legal and compliance teams as needed

Requirements for this **Loyalty and Promotions Specialist job** in **Cape Town**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and retention strategies
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to drive measurable results
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
