Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Online Conversion Specialist job in Johannesburg will include**:

- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) for Casino Games:

- Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve the conversion rates of the following key customer acquisition journeys:

- Website visit to successful player Registration
- Registered player to FTD (First Time Depositor)
- FTD to Multi-Active player (ie driving the player to make multiple deposits)
- Further test and refine the above player journeys to improve the conversion rates
- Analyse player behaviour and website performance to identify areas for improvement and prioritise optimisation efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of game elements and user flows
- Landing Page and Website Optimisation
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the online casino industry, such as player acquisition, player retention, lifetime value, conversion rates, and average revenue per user
- Utilise web analytics tools and other relevant software to measure and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and conversion optimisation efforts
- Promotional Campaign Optimisation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise promotional campaigns, including welcome bonuses, free spins, loyalty programs, and other player acquisition and retention initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to maximise conversions and revenue

Requirements for this **Online Conversion Specialist job** in **Johannesburg**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimisation, preferably within the online casino or online gambling industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms
- In-depth knowledge of CRO principles, methodologies, and best practices specific to online casinos
- Familiarity with website optimisation techniques, including UX/UI design, landing page optimisation, and player journey mapping
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with online casino games and the online gambling industry is a plus
