- A well-known OEM urgently requires a skilled and knowledgeable Parts & Accessories Dealer Support Consultant to provide OEM Automotive Parts & Accessory (P&A) business operational support to the OEM dealership network in order to optimize customer experience, parts service delivery, build relationships, drive sales, campaigns and profitability**_ DUTIES_**
- Parts and Accessory daily business operational support to dealer network and parts w/sale customers
- To optimize customer experience, parts service delivery, build relationships, drive sales, campaigns and P&A profitability.
- Align with and drive Parts PDC (Parts Distribution Centre) daily service level goals and operating plan
- Dealer support for campaigns/promotions to improve sales.
- Assist Dealerships with preparation of quotes with assistance in identification of part numbers
- Drive, adhere and implement OEM Parts Policies & Procedures
- Follow up with the factory or factory supply support personnel on orders, part no. creation, pricing
- Transaction Risk management, Inventory management and providing ETA updates on back order parts**Inherent Requirements**

**_SPECIAL CONDITIONS_**
- At times as required, to work past standard hours of 5:00pm or adhoc weekend to ensure targets are met, and on time delivery and outbound service levels are met.**_ QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:_**
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant Motor Industry Professional Qualifications (Parts Courses, Specialist, Parts Technical Specialist).
- Degree and or Business Qualification advantageous

**_ KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:_**
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in an automotive aftersales environment at either OEM or Dealer, which includes three years in Parts business.
- Experience in the motor industry is essential.
- Computer literacy (MS Office suite)
- Valid Drivers License

**_ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES _**
- General Automotive Parts Warehousing, Dealer Parts Business and logistics knowledge
- Automotive Parts & Sales Experience with technical knowledge of vehicles and parts
- Proficiency with Automotive Parts EPCs (Electronic Parts Catalogues) interpretations and support
- General knowledge of Automotive Parts business (Pricing, Margibs, Discounts, Financial and Operational)
- Understanding dealership operations. Sales, Service, Accessories & Parts

- Possess initiative with a “can do” attitude
- Strong Personal Effectiveness with excellent follow-up and co-ordination skills
- People skills and Intercommunication skills to build relationships internally and externally
- Handle high pressure at times from internal Customer Care Dept, and dealership network
- Ability to work in a team and work on own
- Must be self-motivated, driven, self-managed, focused and driven to deliver.
