**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, their needs, and key competitors.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and other industry events to represent the company and assist in lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Continuously learn about industry trends, market dynamics, and our products to effectively communicate their value to prospects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and a desire to pursue a career in sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade others.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company in a positive manner.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
