**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 8 years’ experience in Lease
- T**elecomms** or Commercial leasing background is a non-negotiable**:

- Administration for commercial or retail property portfolios.
- Use of various software packages and visual aids to produce accurate documents, presentation materials, charts and graphics (type, proof, organize,design, create fonts, layout, etc.) within established deadlines.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-disciplined with good time management skills.
- Fault analysis / troubleshooting skills; be able to read & interpret technical documentation.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Customer focus.
- Have initiative and be a team player.
- Fully competent on the use of Gmail / Google Platforms.
- Property rental management and lease administration experience is an essential.
- Ability to navigate through Internet-based systems and programs.
- Able to work independently and manage daily tasks.
- Advanced MS Office processing skills using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Through effective management of internal resources (people, processes, and tools) and external influences, ensure efficient execution and fulfillment of customer service delivery and lease management services nationally.
- In addition, internally control, lead, facilitate, coach, mentor, and train staff, initiate continuous improvements, adhere to health & safety, and manage the day-to-day activities of the allocated resources.
- Externally focus on customer satisfaction and enhance business relations with various stakeholders.
- The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing, compiling and tracking of all specialised leases with regards to communications infrastructure located at all the properties in the company's portfolio nationally.
- This also includes monthly and annual forecasts & budgets.
- You are also to follow the financial transactions, such as rental, deposits, sublease payments, renewals, and property expenses.
- The leasing manager is to process any leases and to ensure that all the information is accurate and logged onto the Company’s database and filed appropriately.
- Working as a lease manger means overseeing and ensuring that billing and all other financial transactions are being taken care of in a timely manner, informing and obtaining any other necessary information and documents such as FICA & credit requirements in order for the Landlord to sign off such lease.
- Business administrative functions are to run smoothly on a daily basis including but not limited to, general admin and filing, maintenance of all filling system (physical & electronic).
