**Role Purpose**

Our advisors within the Client Retentions environment will deal with client queries and complaints; specifically
from clients that want to cancel their insurance; on all levels in a competent, efficient and professional way and in
accordance with the values of Momentum Insure.

**Requirements**:

- Matric or equivalent
- Relevant regulatory qualifications from a FSCA perspective:
1. Regulatory exams if you have been in afinancial advisory role or similar before

2. Class of Business training effective from 01 August 2018

3. Continuous professional development (CPD) points if you have been in a financial advisory role or similar before effective from 01 June 2018
- Understanding of a short-term insurance industry
- Previous call centre experience in a short-term insurance client centric, retention or sales environment will

be preferred- Experience in short-term insurance will be advantageous

**Duties & Responsibilities**

As a client retentions advisor, you will be responsible for retaining existing clients who want to cancel their
insurance.
