External Senior Salesman

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 8-10 years of European truck parts sales experience, specifically with Mercedes-Benzes, Scania, Volvo, MAN, and International.
2. Proven track record of successfully growing and servicing customer bases.
3. Excellent knowledge and understanding of European truck parts, including compatibility, functionality, and specifications.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
5. Exceptional ability to identify market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual, capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
7. Proven ability to collect market information and effectively communicate insights to relevant departments.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, to generate reports and maintain accurate records.
9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the specified region.
**Key Performance Indicators includes, but not limited to**:
1. Developing and growing the European customer base in the designated region through active sales initiatives.
2. Demonstrating a deep understanding of European truck parts, particularly related to Mercedes-Benzes, Scania, Volvo, MAN, and International.
3. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
4. Visiting customers regularly to ensure their needs are met and understanding any new requirements.
5. Collecting market information and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for range development.
6. Communicating market insights and customer feedback to the procurement department to assist in the development of new products and services.
7. Utilizing excellent telephone skills to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
8. Demonstrating proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Word, to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
