**To coordinate and control the quality of the work activities of a Creditors team accountable for the accurate and timely payment of creditors, contributing to managerial decision-making.**

**Key Performance Areas (Duties & Responsibilities)**:
**Company**
- Manage and review purchase of foreign currency monthly
- Ensure all payments are processed on various due dates, oversee, review, release and authorize daily as well as monthly.
- Conduct regular reviews of vendor database, resolving problems in relation to invoice payments and reconciling complex month-end accounts.
- Report to management on outstanding issues, whilst highlighting potential creditors problems.
- Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payment to creditors per agreed credit terms. Ensure month end functions are processed on time
- Co-ordinate and assist with the internal and external accounts payable audit process.
- Performance Management, Training and Development, Mentoring and Coaching of Creditors Team Weekly cashflow forecast

**Academic Qualification**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Financial Management
- Higher diploma or similar qualification relating to accounting or payables

**Experience**
- 5 years work related experience with at least two years in a supervisory position.

- Accounting /Financial Management / accounting or payables
