**Payments Administrators**

**Requirements**:
**Duties**:

- Making outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding debt
- Providing correspondence management to customers within SLA’s
- Updating clients and credit provider database on the company’s CRM (Simplicity)
- Accurately capturing and saving debt balances of clients, while reconciling accounts
- Driving combinations of soft and hard collection actions to ensure customers pay their fees on time and dealing with missed payments in line with the collections strategy
