For these partners and their customers, we aim to provide delightful experiences that make it as easy as possible to facilitate online payments.

Operations Specialists are the superheroes behind the seamless experience that we offer our merchants and partners.

As an operations specialist within our South African Team, you are part of the team that manages the day to day operations of Peach Payments and also interact with our customers and banking partners on a daily basis. For this role, we are looking for people based in South Africa.

**Your mission if you choose to accept it**:
Action all deviations as identified by finance for billing and settlement needs including, but not

limited to:

- Update merchant business information in console/dashboard
- Update billing data and information as required in console
- Investigate deviations and variations causing duplicate merchant accounts
- Investigate pricing deviations a identified by finance team and sale team

Account Cancellations
- Manage the merchant account cancellation process
- Produce management reports (monthly and deviations

Reporting
- Produce monthly reports on all of the above
- Produce reports for team leaders to address common errors through training, process or system changes
- MCC reporting and change requests

Personal Development
- Jointly create a development plan with supervisor/manager
- Take accountability for ensuring outcomes are achieved in terms of personal plan

General
- General client relations and administrative tasks

**What we'd like you to have**:

- Previous experience in Operations
- Work Authorisation for working in South Africa
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- A go-getter attitude with curiosity and the drive to assist merchants
- Drive and Passion for getting things done

**Advantageous**:

- Previous experience with a payment gateway or similar
- A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
