**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with property sales agents to identify and pursue leads, ultimately leading to property listings.
- Conduct canvassing calls to homeowners.
- Establish and maintain relationships with homeowners, ensuring our company remains top of mind when they are ready to sell or rent their property.
- Build and manage a comprehensive database of homeowners in the area, making between 50 and 80 calls daily to offer our services.
- Follow up with interested homeowners, providing necessary support and information to facilitate property valuations.
- Assist in the daily maintenance of the database and utilize CRM solutions to streamline operations.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and support daily functions as needed.
**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in the Property Telesales industry preferred, or a strong desire to learn and succeed in the field.
- Own a laptop for work purposes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Comfortable working within designated working hours of 08:30am until 16:00pm.
