A well established I.T Rental company situated in Wynberg Sandton is looking for an experienced Helpdesk technician specializing in IT Hardware.

The role will be to:

- Answer all Help Desk calls
- Action I.T tickets coming into the helpdesk
- Open tickets and assign priority levels
- Provide basic support and troubleshooting, such as identifying power issues, OS problems, break/fix instructions, printer configuration, data queries
- Ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support
- Arrange for swapouts and on-site repairs
- Manage and maintain the ticketing system

**Experience**
- You should have at least 2 years IT hardware / networking experience
- Experience in Helpdesk support
- Able to work after hours where required
- Own reliable transport
- Available immediately

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
