**Site IT Technician - Wynberg (Sandton) Gauteng - South Africa**
R220 000 CTC per Annum
- Neg - Depending on experience.

**Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical assistance to end-users with software and hardware issues.
- Ensure the security of network and system data.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new policies and procedures related to the use of technology resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policy.
- Update and maintain accurate records of user accounts and system configurations on the company asset tracking system.
- Monitor systems and alert users of any potential issues.
- Provide customer service and helpdesk support.

**Requirements**:

- Matric or equivalent.
- COMPTIA A+ and Network+ qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with hardware setup and installation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: R200,000.00 - R220,000.00 per year
