Paid Media Specialist Job Spec

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Specialist to take charge of managing and optimizing our clients' paid media campaigns across diverse platforms. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting, executing, and analyzing campaigns using prominent platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and various programmatic advertising platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategize, Implement, and Manage**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee paid media campaigns spanning Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display ads.
- **Audience Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct comprehensive audience research and competitor analysis using tools like SEMRush.
- **Budget Monitoring and Optimization**:

- Monitor budgets and fine-tune bids on different ad platforms to maximize ROI.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track KPIs, assess performance, and identify potential issues.
- **Reporting and Insights**:

- Generate detailed reports using Google Sheets/Excel, providing actionable insights.
- **Stay Informed**:

- Keep abreast of the latest paid media trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Paid Media Specialist or in a similar role.
- **Platform Proficiency**:

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Sheets/Excel, SEMRush, and other data analysis tools.
- **Digital Marketing Acumen**:

- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and audience segmentation.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

**Salary**: R15,750.19 - R32,676.56 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
