**REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE**
- 2 Years administrative experience
- 3- 5 years Telephone etiquette experience
- 3-5 years Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- Microsoft Office Certificate (added advantage)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
