**We are seeking an Executive Manager : Corporate Services for a 5-year fixed term contract role based in East London, Eastern Cape**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:
***
- **Masters Degree in Commerce / HR / Communications / ICT**
***:

- **10+ years’ experience in HR or corporate support services of which 5 years must be at senior management or senior consultancy level with HR development experience advantageous**
***

***

**The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:
***
- **Develop unit operational plans and align activities, enhance / implement treasury systems, compile reports, participate in management forums and manage audits**
***:

- **Ensure HR systems and practices are compliant, lead effective records system and oversee ICT management function**
***:

- **Drive the brand through internal / external communication initiatives and direct the integrated quality management systems**
***:

- **Implement policies, manage service delivery plans and ensure compliance and corporate services functions are implemented**
***:

- **Identify variable initiatives and identify / mitigate risks**
***:

- **Compile budgets, effective project/program management, control / monitor unit performance and driver the process of staff engagements**
***:

- **Determine staff levels and fill vacancies, monitor staff performance and identify development needs**
***:

- **Identify / build / maintain stakeholder relationships**
***:

- **Prepare/approve consolidate forecasts and manage overall costs**
***:

- **Monitor budget utilization and analyze deviations**
***:

- **Review liquidity reports and present key findings**
***

***
