The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough interviews and qualification processes for managerial and senior-level candidates utilizing advanced techniques and assessment tools.
  • Collaborate with the research team to create innovative sourcing strategies for a high-quality candidate pool.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and recruitment technologies to implement best talent acquisition practices.
  • Use data-driven approaches to monitor recruitment metrics and enhance the recruitment process continuously.

Requirements for the Role

  • Proven recruitment experience and a deep understanding of recruitment operations with a successful history of identifying and screening top-tier talent.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build strong partnerships confidently.
  • Independent and proactive with a focus on energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness.
  • Operational management experience with a strategic problem-solving mindset.
  • Capability to establish and oversee a professional network at an international level.
  • Professional demeanor with the capacity to impress clients and partners globally.
  • Enjoys engaging with new companies and individuals worldwide, skilled in offering solutions and services.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and familiarity with IT, finance, or healthcare sectors is advantageous.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment and partnership development experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Slides.
